Position: Office Administrator
Location: The Fort Offices, Artillery Business Park, Park Hall, Oswestry, SY11 4AD. This is an office based position.
Hours of work: Part Time 10-12 hours per week with set working hours to be agreed upon appointment.
Hourly Rate: Starting rate £12.20 per hour, with increase to be discussed at the end of a six-month probationary period.

Greenwood Tax and Accounting Ltd is owned and managed by Kathryn Greenwood CTA FCA BSc(Hons). With over twenty five years working experience Greenwood Tax and Accounting Ltd covers the whole range of accounts/taxes and clients of all shapes and sizes.
Job Scope
Working in a small Accounts/Tax office, the Office Administrator will manage general administration associated with a busy accounts environment.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Support all office administration tasks such as,
- Preparation of documents
- Email management
- Data entry
- Answering calls, responding to enquiries
- Managing appointments/schedule of work commitments, booking appointments
- Carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the smooth running of the business
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an office environment would be advantageous (specific accounting experience not necessary).
- Ability to self-manage and be accountable for own responsibilities and objectives.
- Excellent numeracy, written English, verbal communication and listening skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and thorough when completing administrative tasks.
- Confidentially maintained at all times.
- Excellent time management & organisation skills.
- Ability to meet set targets and deadlines.
- Positive can-do attitude. Practical, resourceful and hands-on.
- Ability to learn and adapt as the business grows, willing to undertake training to support the position.
